Back on track. Last week was a vacation from eating good as well.
Started the 5 day miracle diet on Mon - eating every 2 hours and no sugar
Yesterday was VERY rough. Had a awful sickening headache most of the day.
Did yoga in the morning, essential oils, KI
Bfast - eggs & toast
Snack - carrots
Lunch - Salad with turkey
Snack - pear
Supper - chicken, asparagus, rice
