I started keeping a "Lead Measure" spreadsheet.
I will be measuring the things that will lead me to weight loss / health.
For me it's Yoga, Walking, Weights and eating after 8:00pm

Eating has been pretty good. Trying to keep eating out to 1 day with Carrie and 1 with Steven.
I've been doing Yoga once or twice a day and walking 30 - 60 minutes a day.
I applied for a weight loss / health study from Umass.
If accepted it will start in Feb and run for a year, that will be some good accountability.
Still very busy with Project Management Class as well as helping other church and people with finances.
