On vacation so got out of my routine of entering this info
Was getting ready for Brad's party so did a lot of yard work etc.
Didn't eat too good at the party on Sat. - hamburgers & hotdogs but otherwise not too bad.
Will get back into the routine now.
Yesterday - 8:00 - 1 egg
1:00 - ham sandwich
6:00 - vege burger
Sunday - no breakfast
1:00 - salad
6:00 - chili
walk at night

surprised I gained a couple of lbs. with all that exercise.

Hasn't been a good couple of eating days.
Wed night I had salad, spaghetti and chicken parm. Did morning yoga and 30 min walk/jog. Mowed lawn & yardwork and 45 min walk, knees were sore so no jogging

12:00 - ahi tuna & salad
45 minute walk/jog
6:00 - salad
7:00 - slice of pizza
