Hasn't been a good couple of eating days.
Wed night I had salad, spaghetti and chicken parm. Did morning yoga and 30 min walk/jog. Mowed lawn & yardwork and 45 min walk, knees were sore so no jogging
8:00 - smoothie
12:00 - ahi tuna & salad
45 minute walk/jog
6:00 - salad
7:00 - slice of pizza
