At class all week last week and then 3 days no power - at a hotel, didn't eat too good.

Need to get back on track today.

bfast - 3 scram eggs, toast, almond butter- didn't feel stuffed, little tired driving to work, but it was raining and my windshield wipers stink so that may not have helped.

supper - org food bar on way to church from Derenda's, 2 vege burgers & sauteed veges

Felt pretty good all day. In class though, so that can be kind of tiring but I felt pretty good.

A better eating week-end than in the past but not as good as I've been doing.
The big slipup was Friday, Eggs/potatoes, sushi, went to TGIF for supper had a cobb salad and 1 mozz stick - felt really, really bad. I think it was the fried mozz stick, must stay away from fried.
Not much exercise and a little KI
Quite a bit going on, very busy.

Did get home from work late again but felt pretty good all day. Didn't have any heartburn when walking

Had to work late and didn't get to bed until around 1:30
Felt pretty good all day but was kind of tired, maybe the sushi?

Snack - pear & some Organic food bar (omega-3 flax)
Lunch - Rice & hard boiled egg
45 minute walk - had some heartburn
Snack - Apple
Supper - 7oz steak, quinoa & veges
Evening Yoga
Steven was bored & hungry so we went out to Chili's and I had a salad
Haven't done KI in a few days, Tinitis is getting louder and neck/shoulders are stiffer.

organic blue corn chips & salsa for a snack
felt pretty good
