Tues - another long day. Morning drink, bfast fruit, lunch portabello mush, fries.
Went from work to board meeting so no supper. Got home around 9:30 had 1/2 tuna sand. Had a couple of clementines and water with echinicea throughout the day.
Wed - morning Yoga, morning drink, shoveling about 6 hours. Lunch was a salad and sandwich, supper was spinach pie and rice. Evening yoga. Had a couple of clementines and water with echinicea throughout the day.
Thurs - Morning drink, bfast was fruit, lunch was eggplant parm, salad and butternut squash, supper was calamari, salad, potatoes and a couple bites of steak. Evening yoga.
