Yesterday was a long work day so not much exercise, didn't get done until around 11:00pm.
Morning drink consists of OJ, Green shield from Alkavision, Garden of Life Mens, Juice plus fruit and vege, Echinacea, Acidolphilus, Omega 3, Zinc, Vitamin d, CoQ10, liquid Ionic Minerals.
Bfast was fruit, we didn't take lunch until around 3:00 and went to Not Your Average Joes (an SE on site paid) I had bread, chicken oscar, aspargagus, mashed potatoes, iced tea.
Drank about 4 20 oz glasses of water.
No Yoga, walking or weights.
