I started keeping a "Lead Measure" spreadsheet.
I will be measuring the things that will lead me to weight loss / health.
For me it's Yoga, Walking, Weights and eating after 8:00pm

Eating has been pretty good. Trying to keep eating out to 1 day with Carrie and 1 with Steven.
I've been doing Yoga once or twice a day and walking 30 - 60 minutes a day.
I applied for a weight loss / health study from Umass.
If accepted it will start in Feb and run for a year, that will be some good accountability.
Still very busy with Project Management Class as well as helping other church and people with finances.

I came off from the raw this weekend - I snapped.
Friday night out with the boys I had 2 boneless chicken wings and a cobb salad.
Sat night with Carrie & Brad I had a slice of pizza.
Sunday night I had a Tuna Sandwich.
Breakfast has been fruit and lunch has been salads so those are raw/organic.
Snacks have been apples/oranges/peaches etc.
Still not feeling right so no exercise.

Went out with Brad to the movies on Mon. and had some popcorn, otherwise it was raw and mostly organic the rest of the week.

Went out Sat. night and had a salad with cooked shrimp.
Had a BBQ Sun had some shrimp and a little macaroni.
Everything else was raw and mostly organic.
Going to try and get back to walking/yoga this week.

The rest of the meals this week have been raw and organic (as much as I can find).
Stomache is getting better, not there yet though.

Still having some stomach issues but seem to be getting better so not much walking or weights yet.

Have done 100% raw and mostly organic - what I could find for the past 3 days.
Stomach is feeling a little better - still no weights or walking, am doing Yoga & KI.
Will see how I feel by next week.
