No blogging this weekend --- I was bad.
Carrie & Steven were gone so I pretty much just watched movies, fixed computers & ate.
Back on track yesterday.
Morning yoga & 2 mile walk / jog
bfast - oatmeal & fruit
lunch - chicken, rice & zucchini
supper - salad, salmon & veges
