Evening Yoga
6 hours of moving servers/pallets/scrap etc - really tired after that
Bfast - Oatmeal w/ berries
snack - apple
lunch - chicken, rice, squash
snack - apple
supper - chicken, rice, squash
Made some Tuna sandwiches, I did such a good job that I had to have one.
