Steven came home from playing basketball with a cut lip wo we ended up in the ER for a few hours and didn't get home till almost 9:00pm so late supper - salad, veges & sirloin tips

Ate kind of late - around 10:00
Went to the registry and was going to eat when I got back but had to end up going twice so didn't get home till 2:30ish, was going to go out with Steven and he got stuck somewhere so didn't end up eating supper until 6:00ish, had chicken rice & veges
morning yoga and 45 minute walk

No blogging this weekend --- I was bad.
Carrie & Steven were gone so I pretty much just watched movies, fixed computers & ate.
Back on track yesterday.

Interesting that I lost 2.5 lbs.
Felt ok most of the day.
Only had 1 plus a little second lemonade - no cayenne.
I continue to drink a lot of water.
