Noon - Smoothie
3:30 - cup of clam chowder
Did morning Yoga and 30 minute walk/jog
Did 60 minute walk/jog at night around 9:30 - it was pouring but was kind of nice
Felt pretty good all day except for the coughing fit & heartburn when jogging
Exercised too late and couldn't sleep so didn't get to bed till around 1:30

Did some yoga at night
Wasn't hungry so didn't eat any supper

supper - 5:30 - salad & chicken pot stickers
Went for 30 min walk around 10:00pm - had the coughing fit
Had work problems so was up late - had cereal & blueberries around 2:00am
Little tired but not too bad for almost no sleep.

No yoga or exercise
very busy night.
Started taking iodine (3 drops) and apple cider vinegar.
Had a tough time getting up and my face felt bloated.

JJJ pina colada with whey 5:30
Salad with Q. 8:00pm
128 oz plus of water
Went to bed around 10:30 up at 7:00 - work from home today.

Felt lousy last night, felt like the flu. Feeling better today.

Went for a walk at lunch. Felt too lousy for yoga at night.
