SWF bfast so really didn't each anything. Had senna tea at night
Noon - Smoothie
3:30 - cup of clam chowder
Did morning Yoga and 30 minute walk/jog
Did 60 minute walk/jog at night around 9:30 - it was pouring but was kind of nice
Felt pretty good all day except for the coughing fit & heartburn when jogging
Exercised too late and couldn't sleep so didn't get to bed till around 1:30
