261 - Starting drinking more vinegar & honey
bfast 7:30 - smoothie
10:30 - peach
lunch - 1:00 salad
3:30 - pear
supper - 5:30 - salad & chicken pot stickers
Went for 30 min walk around 10:00pm - had the coughing fit
Had work problems so was up late - had cereal & blueberries around 2:00am
Little tired but not too bad for almost no sleep.
