lunch - 12:30 - greek salad
snack - 2:30 - quin.
supper - 5:00 - chicken salad wrap
had about 100oz water
mowed lawn at night and went for walk/jog around Dunns
Had heartburn at night
felt a little dragging in the afternoon
Did morning yoga
bed at 10:30 - up at 6:30
