bfast - ezekiel toast - almond butter, egg
30 minute walk
lunch - veggie soup with a little pasta
starting having cravings after this
Ate peanuts, then turkey & cheese and a pumpkin roll
Turkey, veges - ate way too much
didn't feel good all night

Sauteed veges & rice lunch - cooked in coconut oil - felt nauseaus & tired
2 veges burgers & pan fried asparagus - felt good
Did a lot of KI
Went for a 20 minute walk - had heartburn
Couldn't get to sleep until 3:00am - just not tired (all the KI?)

Had smoothie for bfast, mid-morning snack and afternoon snack. It was all the same smoothie so I had about a 6 oz cup each time. It was soy milk, rasperries, flax, ph mix. I was kind of tired throughout the day, I'm not sure if I didn't like the soy.
I had quinoa and stir fry veges for lunch and the rest for supper. Didn't have any smoothie for supper, just water and felt better than the morning and afternoon.

Had OJ, lemonade drink and tomato soup last night.
Kind of tired this morning.
Starting the Ultra Simple Diet today.
Didn't get up in time to do the oil/lemon drink. Had some smoothie for bfast.

Started OJ to come out of the cleanse last night. I had a bad day yesterday and Sat. night too much cleansing and not enough liquids, I need to back off now.
It's been a good weight loss though.
Knee and Tinitis still bothering me.

had 1 lemonade Thursday and about 1/2 yesterday.
Knee still bothering me so no yoga just KI.
Ordered out for Chinese last night, that was a tough resist but the body is cleansing and burning fat so this is good.

251 - Very tough day yesterday, almost ate, but didn't - Exercise integrity in the moment of choice, easier to say than do.
Knee feeling a little better today - didn't do any yoga yesterday.
Right glute is sore though - I guess the cleansing is going through the parts of the body
Had 2 lemonades

Monday was pretty rough, don't think I drank enough water.
Yesterday was ok, had a lot to do. Took vaca day to teach habit 3 at church then did yard work.
Had 1 lemonade.
Pretty tired last night, really wanted to eat.
Left knee still pretty sore.

Started the Master Cleanse yesterday. Had a job in Worc @ 9:00 and didn't get home until 7:00pm so it was a long day.
Had 1 lemonade, water & tea. Had the gagging thing going on after the lemonade last night.
Tinitis still there, not as bad as it has been.
Did the SWF this morning - I hate that!

Did morning yoga and some yard work before it got dark.
Did median and bladder? sequence last night
Bfast - smoothie
Lunch - salad
Supper - Shrimp stir fry, spinach pie, steamed butternut squash
Felt pretty good all day except after the yard work, the cold bothered me some. Also the tinitis was ok until the night and then it was pretty loud.
I really need to do a cleanse.

Went to NC to see Brad. Had a good trip. I drove all the way down and back w/o getting sick. I took ginger every 1/2 hour and ate VERY little. Had a salad on the way back. Didn't feel great but didn't get sick....yea.
Ate ok but very busy so really not much time for yoga. Did median at night and 1 morning which helped.
